In the 16th and 17th century, the true adventurers were those who shipped out on three-masted galleons to discover new worlds. And one of the most dangerous areas in the world was Cape Horn, South America. |

The Cape is located in the "Roaring 40s" latitude, an area of the planet where there aren't any land masses to slow down the on-coming winds. So roundin' the Horn was quite treacherous with many galleons pushed onto shoals of the Cape, becoming just another shipwreck that never made it home. |

We believe that building a software company is like being the captain of one of these galleons, in that it is both incredibly exciting and rewarding, but also quite treacherous. |
